TEAM

Ivy leads content production, working closely with writers, actors and producers across the full script and production cycle. Passionate about behavioural science, she believes deeply in the power of stories to inspire people to make real changes in their lives. Visiting Season 1 listeners in their own homes and hearing how Twubakane had changed their relationships only deepened that conviction. She holds a BSc from the University of Amsterdam and an MSc from the London School of Economics.
Alexis leads monitoring & evaluation, driven to understand precisely how and by how much our radio dramas impact household lives. From listeners’ text messages to large-scale evaluations, he works together with data analysts, enumerators, survey firms and academics. Passionate about social justice and gender equality, he roots for a world where everyone can thrive. Previously, he was a social impact management consultant at Archipel&Co, with clients including the French Development Agency and the Gates Foundation, and worked before that at the French Treasury to design and evaluate public policy. He holds an MSc from the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and an MSc from the Paris School of Economics.

Laurien coordinates all operations in Rwanda, embedded within the RWAMREC team. He enjoys the operational and creative sides of the program - from organizing field research to giving feedback on the radio drama - because he has seen how good implementation can make a real difference in people's lives. Deeply motivated by public health and gender equality, he believes that lasting change comes from approaches that are both evidence-based and rooted in communities. He brings 10+ years of experience coordinating community programs and field research, including the USAID-funded DREAMS HIV prevention program. Laurien holds a BSc and MSc in Public Health from the University of Rwanda.
